At Aandal Sweets, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we provide replacement services under specific conditions.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy

• We do not provide refunds for any purchases.
• In case of product issues, we offer replacements as per the terms below.

Replacement Policy

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• To request a replacement, provide the following details via email or WhatsApp:
  
  • Clear images of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.
  • Order details (invoice number and delivery address).
• Once we verify your claim, we will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
• No modifications, exchanges, or alternative replacements are allowed.

Conditions for Replacement

• The product must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging.
